Role Summary

The Retail Account Manager will support the company’s expansion in the German Market and undertake new challenges and opportunities.  

Working as part of the European Team, the Retail Account Manager Notebooks should have in-depth understanding of the customer strategy in the country and define an account strategy that drives profitable growth opportunities while operationally managing its execution.

 

Job Responsibilities

·        Manage and develop local retail and e-tail business

·        Independent consulting of new and existing customers

·        Prepare integrative sales-marketing concepts in coordination with the marketing team

·        Establish annual goals and target agreements

·        Manage regional budgets

·        Identify new product and customer growth opportunities

·        Create and present weekly and monthly business reports

·        Achieve sales and profit targets

·        Create a reliable rolling forecast

Required skills and level of expertise

·        Successfully completed higher education

·        At least 3-5 years of experience in consumer electronics sales into the German market

·        Strong understanding of different sales channels (distribution, resellers, retail, etail)

·        Experience negotiating retailer and partner commercial terms

·        Experience in building a successful business in new markets

·        Good knowledge in marketing

·        Strong analytical problem solving skills

·        Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

·        Fluent German and English language skills

·        A high level of self-motivation

·        Very good MS office knowledge, especially MS Excel

·        Passion, integrity, resilience and energy

·        Able to work independently and prioritize effectively

·        Organizational skills, strong communication skills, team player with an affinity for international teams

·        Knowledge of gaming industry a plus
