Overall Responsibilities:

The individual will have responsibility for helping develop sales and building awareness of the brand across key retailers and e-tail partners in the DACH region. They will be responsible for the continued success of the business through establishing partnerships and mentoring the team . The RSD DACH will report to the Commercial Director EMEA

Responsibilities:

  • Develop partnerships with new and existing retailers, etailers, and distribution partners in the region
  • Manage and deliver a complete P&L across the region
  • Support and drive sales in line with the annual Business Plan for the region
  • Build a strong sales ecosystem
  • Support and manage all our partners covering the region through clearly defined goals and KPI’s
  • Drive sales of all products across the household appliance/consumer electronic segments
  • Be the key point of contact in the region
  • Set up local marketing initiatives to increase sales for specific outlets and manage local budget and ROI (promotions, bundles, marketing)

 Qualifications:

  • At least 8+ years Sales experience / Territory Management in the house appliance or consumer electronics field
  • A strong proven track record in sales with Tier 1/top retailers (consumer electronics and home appliance) and etailers in DACH region
  • A confident and assertive communicator with strong influencing skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with people at all levels
  • Excellent presentation skills; Good report writing skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Main language German, with fluency in English
